Lanier Christian Academy is constructing a new three (3) story academic building and one (1) story Gymnasium / Indoor playground with a a gross square footage of 88,297. Construction type is IIA fire rated steel post and beam construction with hollow core plank elevated floor / roof construction. Exterior finishes will be primarily masonry in nature. Gymnasium will be single story with primary structural system and roof system comprised of a CMU and bar joist roof construction.
